Regarding Dakota Interactive, LLC:
In 2008, Dakota Interactive, LLC was forcibly taken over by Ben Makay and Gerri Makay, against the will and without the consent of Brian McGraw and Rose McGraw, the original owners and founding members of the company. Therefore, as Ben Makay and Gerri Makay are the sole beneficiaries of any and all assets and benefits of the corporation, they are likewise solely responsible for any liabilities including debt, federal/state/local taxes, and any responsibility to clients and vendors, financial or otherwise, of the corporation.
Information For Clients & Vendors:
Mr. and Mrs. Makay are solely responsible for the care of clients served by Dakota Interactive, LLC. Neither Brian McGraw nor Rose McGraw bears the responsibility of caring for the clients or vendors of any corporation or entity to which they have no stake or claim. Additionally, the McGraws do not possess, control, or have access to the financial details, records, paid monies, assets, or any other materials related to the service of or responsibility for the clients, vendors, or other parties served by the corporation.
Brian & Rose McGraw will assist all interested parties free of charge in pursuing recompense if requested. The McGraws can be contacted below for assistance. If you wish to make a claim against Dakota Interactive, LLC to claw back or otherwise seek full or partial refund, you may do so by contacting Ben and Gerri Makay using the information at the bottom of this page.
For Web Hosting &
Maintenance Clients:
As Dakota Interactive, LLC and its operators have failed to pay for continuing service to web clients, including web sites and email, the servers have been closed. If you were hosting a website with Dakota Interactive, LLC, you can receive a backup copy of your site on CD or DVD by contacting Brian McGraw at the address provided below. Please include $8.00 for the cost of the media and delivery. Additionally, we can assist you in making new hosting arrangements, if required.
Web Development
Clients:
If you paid Dakota Interactive, LLC for web development, then Dakota Interactive, LLC is responsible for servicing your account. Mr. Makay has attempted to shift the responsibility to Brian McGraw for these clients, however Mr. McGraw has no role, responsibility, or control of monies taken in by the corporation, and therefore you should contact the Makays if you have any questions regarding your web development contract.

For site backups, please include a check or money for $8.00 made out to Brian McGraw to cover the cost of media and delivery. Please note that we are not accepting any phone calls regarding these matters, and that any business you have with Dakota Interactive, LLC must be taken up with that corporation and its officers.
